SAIIE29: 24 - 26 October 2018, Spier, Stellenbosch: 2nd Call for Papers

Posted by Lynette Pieterse on Friday, 16 March 2018 12:54

It is with great excitement that SAIIE invites you on a journey of

We cordially invite our IE professionals to the 29th Annual Conference of the Southern African Institute for Industrial Engineering, the premier conference of industrial engineering and related disciplines on the African continent. The conference gives industry, organisations, academics, and government the opportunity to showcase cutting edge practice and research.

Delegates will benefit from networking opportunities to exchange ideas, to gain insight from peers and to engage with the most up to date thinking in industrial engineering. Besides these personal growth opportunities, delegates will earn CPD points for attending the conference. Peer-reviewed papers will be published in the conference proceedings, earning publication credits. The best papers will be reviewed and published as full journal papers in a special edition of the ISI-listed South African Journal of Industrial Engineering, without further editing required.

Great news! You still have time up to 31 March 2018 to submit your abstract for the full paper track.

SAIIE encourages our industry professionals to share their work experience and case studies. Submissions need only be in the form of an executive summary to the ABSTRACTS ONLY track (due date 15 Sept 2018). Once the abstract has been accepted, the only requirement is to present at the conference. Share your passion at the forefront of the 4th Industrial Revolution!

Please find attached the 2nd Call for Papers with all the details.
