Philani Zincume

Dr. Philani Nduna Zincume, commonly referred to as Dr. Zee, is a lecturer with a strong focus on operations management and organisational behaviour. He currently holds positions at Stellenbosch University, the University of Stellenbosch Business School, and SKEMA International Business School. Dr. Zee's research primarily explores the human elements of engineering management. Prior to his academic career, he accumulated ten years of valuable experience in the rail industry, working in operations and maintenance management as a production manager.
