Professor Johann Kinghorn, Chair of the Centre for Knowledge Dynamics and Decisionmaking at Stellenbosch University, will be presenting the tutorial on Complexity, Knowledge and Organisation.

In addition, Professor Ad Sparrius (who introduced most of us to Systems Engineering) will be presenting on ISO 15288 and its implications, a very real issue for those of us working in the systems development and acquisition realm!

Dr Richard Weeks is presenting a tutorial on Service System Design, the new reality in Systems Engineering and product life-cycles which is an oft neglected concept or phase.

Also, don’t miss the tutorial by Lemmer Lusse on Technical Risk Assessment – the foundation of most modern equipment safety cases.
The Annual INCOSE SA Conference is INCOSE's showcase and a fantastic opportunity to network and to expose other engineers to the output of INCOSE.

SAIIE members are invited to attend the SAPICS Conference at Sun City from the 25 – 27 July! This is the Association’s 32nd Annual Conference and is built on a reputation being the premier educational and networking event in Africa for Supply Chain and Operations Management professionals. The conference is designed to offer practical and relevant information by providing delegates with excellent educational presentations, case studies, idea exchange sessions, interactive workshops and exceptional networking opportunities.
